Phoenix OS is an Android-based operating system that you can install on your hard drive or as a bootable DVD or thumb drive. Some people have commented in the announcement post linked in the introduction, and some people appear to have issues with games. Phoenix OS is installed on a separate partition and should not interfere with your current operating system according to the x86 FAQ. If you want to go ahead you can download a 32-bit or 64-bit installer or ISO file. The Phoenix OS is based on Android x86 project. It has a simple installer and an easy user interface. It also supports 64-bit architecture systems. Soon after the release, Phoenix OS become popular because it was probably the only 32-bit bit supported Android OS for PC software at that time. These apps can access dramatically more memory, enable faster system performance, and take advantage of technologies that define today's Mac experience, such as Metal graphics acceleration. Apple began transitioning to 64-bit hardware and software technology for Mac over a decade ago, and all modern Macs now include powerful 64-bit processors that can run advanced 64-bit apps.
